Joel was great throughout this entire deal. He kept me and my husband informed at all times. He also went above and beyond the initial day we visited the dealership on a Sunday it was closed and he saw us outside and invited us in and talked to us that day. I really appreciate his great customer service. I will be back in the near future.

Excellent customer service & excellent dealership. At first I was hesitant to give them a try because they are small and not a traditional "big box" car dealership, but I was pleasantly surprised. Comfy waiting area, nice indoor showroom, knowledgeable, courteous staff and good pre-owned cars. I also referred a friend that recently had some financial troubles and they were able to help him get a car for his daughter. I know some of the reviews aren't positive, but I personally haven't had good service at some of the "big box" dealerships. I recommend you give them a call, check out their cars and judge for yourself. I heard they were growing and planning to move to a larger showroom, so they must be doing something right. 5 thumbs up from me!

I had a great time there. I bought a completely different vehicle that I went to buy. My salesman was new but he did know alot about the BMWs. I like my 330 Ci 5 speed.
