• Deep Cleaning
  We are to clean your home upon our basic cleaning procedure. If you have specific areas to be taken care of, please advise us in advance. We will take care of it without any additional charge. The only things we offer with the extra costs are to clean the inside of the oven and/or the inside of the refrigerator (should be empty for cleaning). We learned that it is difficult to define the ‘Deep Cleaning’ through our 20+ years of experience in this industry.
• Residential Cleaning
  A Residential Cleaning business is different than many businesses in that the employees of the company are considered to be at work while in your home, whereas it is your private home. These separate concepts can be problematic in perception, especially by the client.
• Green Cleaning
  There are many chemicals sold at retail stores for the home that are very caustic and harmful to humans, pets and the environment. We can use neutral ph and eco-friendly products, which are people, pet and environmentally friendly cleaning agents, at your request as part of our green cleaning program. Our staff members are not allowed by our insurance carrier and by OSHA regulations, to use any chemical which has an inhalation warning on the label, especially any chlorinated product or a product with ammonia as an ingredient. For these reasons, the staff members cannot use a customer’s product unless a waiver is signed for the Company. It’s not only for the employee’s protection, but also for the protection of the client. We train our staff members very specifically on the correct application of all of their cleaning products. Unfamiliar products can cause unexpected results or damage to both the client’s surfaces and to the employee’s health and well being.
• Move In/Move Out Cleaning
  Discount will be given to the Realtor after the completion of move-in or move out cleaning services or 2 recurring cleanings services.

• Weekly Cleaning
  The price is determined by the size as well as condition of your home. We are not able to give you the service quotation by phone based on your information. That's the reason why we come to see your home while 'Free Consultation'. In addition, the frequency of cleaning services matters to pricing. The price of weekly cleaning service is less than one of monthly or bi-weekly services.
• Monthly Cleaning
  Generally speaking, more frequent service means each cleaning takes less time, so the cost for a weekly cleaning will be lower than the cost of monthly cleaning.
• Maid Service
