Neuromuscular reeducation of the head face and neck to create a facial rest posture which will correct tongue thrust, neutralize and balance facial muscles and TMJ. I am also certified in Buteyko reduced breathing which reduces or eliminates snoring, helps with concentration (ADHD) as well as sleep. Lastly, I am a sleep counselor.
