They were exceptional all around. Charles also helped on the service call with Tom. Both were very helpful and have me some helpful advice. I am so impressed we upgraded from 1 to 3 systems for a 3 year service contract. Everyone I worked with is a keeper.

Great Company I needed my 14 year old HVAC replaced. CoolRay came out and explained all the different systems available and assessed my needs based on square footage. They recommended the mid range model instead of the higher range I was looking at. They installed the new furnace and A/C unit in one morning and took time to explain how to work the new Thermostat. What I like most is their FREE LIFE TIME WARRANTY on Parts and Labor and its transferable if I sell my house. Cant ask for anything more.

Did what they said they'd do and at a great price I talked to reps from several companies used by friends or recommended by Kudzu. Coolray came in at the most competitive price for the Trane unit I wanted. Their salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The technicians made sure they understood what was needed and completed the work professionally. Only minor negative is that they missed a spot or two when cleaning up.

Fired up the air conditioning for the first time this season today and it just wasn't cooling. Called Coolray and they were able to make it out same day. Quick inspection and some freon had everything working good in about an hour. Very pleased!
