Midtown Athletic Club at Windy Hill is a 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art, full-service fitness and recreation facility. The facility has three levels and offers a wide range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a basketball and volleyball courts, cardiovascular equipment, strength training circuit, squash and racquetball courts, steam rooms and whirlpools, an indoor track, outdoor high ropes and an outdoor rock climbing wall. Midtown Athletic Club also offers massage therapy, personal training, group exercise programs, yoga and Pilates classes, kickboxing and dance. Tennis lessons and leagues are available throughout the year.
