I am a sales professional in financial services and I, of course, run across people that are called "sales professionals" and, usually, nothing could be further from the truth. I wanted to write this to applaud the True Sale Professionals I met at Jim Ellis Madza. Only out of great respect do I ever write on these types of web sites and I rarely do, but they earned my respect and business, and will have my service business too. Thank you guys.
I should have written this sooner, about a week ago I purchased a New CX-5 from Jim Ellis Madza of Marietta. It was a wonderful experience. My salesperson was knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go there. I was not disappointed and you will not be too.
Two days ago, I took delivery of my new 2012 Madza3 4 door. I love it! I have never been treated as well as they treated me at Jim Ellis Madza in Marietta. From the car to every person I met, I was very impressed. Thank you!
I'm a stay at home mom who has to take her kids to their after school actives, so I needed a car to accommodate them and their friends. After some searching, I found Jim Ellis Madza Marietta. I am so happy I went there. The whole staff was very helpful with my car choicing. I took awhile, but they bared with me and were very patient. Two weeks ago my old car started giving me problems, I did not know what to do since I owned money on it, more than I knew it was probably worth. Because my sister had a Mazda3 and really loves hers, I thought I should maybe really consider looking at one as well. So I starting calling dealers around Atlanta, and soon go very upset at the way I was being treated by men on the phone. Most of them talked down to me and suggested I bring in my husband to disuss options. Finally I called Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta and spoke to Dave Evans, one of the managers. What a total differance in style. He was nice, respectfull, understanding, and listened to me. After a while he made some great suggetion and invited me in to see him. I picked out a car. When it came to price he made it simple to understand so I understood everything. I bought the car because of so many reasons, BTW I am not married and not once did Dave ever assume I was. Thanks!

"The reason I keep coming back is the honesty and integrity of your staff. I never feel like I am having service done that I don't need. Your staff always makes good recommendations about things that need fixing versus cosmetic fixes and leaves the decisions to me with the knowledge I need to make the decision about repairs. Most repair shops don't understand this so when a major repair comes up, you don't know whether to trust the determination or not. I always feel like my car is in good hands with your service department. --Wendy Abney"

"I have told everyone that I know about your level of salesmanship and service. I could not believe how little to no sales pressure or tactics were involved, at least none that I was aware of. I was not pressured or bullied into buying a car. I bought it at my leisure and got what I wanted. And I love the MAZDA 3 S Sport 5 door! It runs great! -- John Cartledge"
