Dottie Winter founded Ceramicraft Dental Lab in 1980. As owner of CDL, Dottie understands the trials and tribulations of running a small business! She began her career over 30 years ago chair side as a dental assistant. This gives her the ability to understand better than most how to work as a team with doctors and their staff. She has three grown children working in the dental laboratory field, two of them work with her at CDL Frank McCollum, Dottie's son, has over 10 years experience in the dental lab. He is manager of the Model Department, schedules all cases and is also part of the Porcelain Department team. Ceramicraft Dental Lab technicians have over 100 years of combined experience! Our technicians are highly skilled and participate in continuing education classes in order to keep their skills and knowledge up to date. All of the techs at Ceramicraft are trained to work under microscopes. We promise to strive for perfection with each and every case we fabricate. Since we know you expect and deserve the best, we only ask the best technicians to join the Ceramicraft family! Ceramicraft Dental Lab is a member of the National Association of Dental Laboratories, the Georgia Dental Laboratory Association, and the Southeastern Conference of Dental Laboratories. We were also one of the first certified Empress Centers in the southeast.
