This is a great family operated pool company that has been around for over 30 years. They quoted me a higher price than other companies, but it was well worth it. A neighbor went with another local company and I by far had a better experience.

I bought a house with a pool two years ago. The owner, Karen, gave an excellent new pool orientation. I have been able to maintain my pool myself. If I have any problems, the retail staff is always very knowledgeable. Luckily, I have not needed any service done, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands!

I was approached by a man out of a truck trying to get his business off the ground. I let him do some repairs and cleaning, which now I regret. I thought it would save me some money because he promised me cheaper rates and a coupon. Now I know why, he was clueless on what he was doing. Long story made short, I called AquaRama Pools to help me get my pool back to blue and my pump and filter repaired. They came in and saved the day. They had my green pool cleared back to blue in less than 5 days and my repair was completed on the first trip. Thank you to the team at AquaRama, A+!

Zero Customer Service. Made an appointment for initial pool opening for May 12th, no one showed or called to say they would not be coming. The morning of May 13th after the no-show, I called and they promised they would be here around noon. No one showed up and never received a phone call again to say they were running late or not coming.

lacking in customer service...very dissapointing. called and ordered a simple part five days ago, never heard back from parts employee, called twice and got an excuse blaming the non delivery on the trucking company....really. Aquarama, your allowing your reputation to be dictated by a delivery companty and forcing customers to follow up on your deliveries?? im understanding the negative talk on the street and reviews.

AquaRama Pools came to my home, gave me a quote that was about $200 higher than others to build my pool. The builder sold me his first time out, I would pay that $200 extra and more, I would not tell him that:) My whole point, you do not get quality from cheaper prices. AquaRama Pools is a dependable, organized, hard working company. We recently had Aquarama Pools & Spas update our older gunite pool. The entire staff was amazing. The pool looks wonderful with the new pebbletech surface, new tiles, and flagstone decking. We decided that after the renovation work we would have Aquarama service and maintian our pool, they have been wonderful and the pool is always ready to use and sparkling clean. I highly recommend their services.

Aqua Rama Pools renovated my pool and did an excellent job. When spending a reasonable amount of money I like to feel comfortable with my decisions that Im making. throught the whole process I never felt pressured or rushed they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with all the choices that I made. I will continue to use this company for all my pool repairs and maintenance! This group deserves an A+

I am a proud owner of an AquaRama built pool. The pool was built by Rob Davis of AquaRama Pools & Spas, he is the builder/owner. Rob did an amazing job from start to finish. He met with me at my property in the beginning, went over design options and even explained I could attach a spa that would spill into my pool. I added a Pebbletec surface that turns my water an amazing blue color. If you are looking for TOP builder and pool company, AquaRama Pools & Spas of Marietta is the way to go. Also, I took advantage of their free pool orienatation to help me better understand what I need to do to care for my backyard investment. Highly recommend this company. The retail staff is very knowledgable and helpful. I also use the service division to open and close my pool as well as any repairs that need to be done. I will continue to use Aquarama for all my swimming pool needs they are an A+ company and will get all my business and I will refer all my friends to them

I had a good experience with this pool company. We were just driving by and did not even know they sold hot tubs but we found theirs to be the best value of any we saw. Plus several other companies have gone out of business recently but they have been around for a very long time. I don't have a pool, but if I did, I would definitely give Aqua Rama first shot they were so good and prompt with the spa.
