I must say I was a little scared because I have never worn a wig before! I follow Let's Get Laced on Instagram and they do amazing work. I stop pass the Miami location and when I entered it just felt real girly. I like the fact that they do not allow men into the salon because my man is always in my business. But they educated me on how to take care of the wig and they also have their own product line! I must say it was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it! The stylist their name Harold was amazing! He informed me of everything. i must say my money was well spent! Kudos!!!

The staff are rude, not helpful, act like they are the customers. Even when there's nobody in the store, they don't pick up the phone. When they finally do pick it up, it's with an attitude. I witness one employee put a customer on hold to gossip with the other coworker and for got the client on hold. The client called back, she pick up and put that client back on hold. Worse company ever to spend your money! No customer service what so ever!!!
