Need a new bike or your bike repaired? Frenchie’s is the place to go! They are a knowledgeable, no nonsense, customer service oriented business. Bicycles have become the best way to exercise and Frenchie and his staff treat each customer with respect. Have patience when you go Bc they are busier than busy. Highly recommend!

Stay far away from this place by any means necessary. Highly overpriced compared to every other bike shop in the area. Owner or whoever he is very rude and has that if you don’t like it leave attitude. Will make you pay for BS repairs

Awful human beings work here. Seriously.

I cannot recommend Frenchie’s. From one consumer to another I can only urge you to find another repair shop.
1. They quoted me a price of $75-$85 for the repairs and when I show up; of course the bill comes to $85 +tax. Such BS if you ask me. The bike did not look like it had $85 bucks worth of repairs and didn’t ride like it either.
2. The gentleman certainly likes to talk like we are children. We get it dude; you know bikes, good for you. I am a customer who feels ripped off, probably not a good idea to start throwing words at me that I don’t understand just to make it seem like you did your job.
3. They didn’t even offer to make sure the bike was fitted or give me a quick overview of the work they had done. Just “give me your money and leave”. Seriously, WTF!
I don’t think it is too much to ask if you are spending money at a specialty shop, that specialty shop take a few moments to explain the product they are giving back to you. WE ARE NOT ALL EXPERTS. I just wanted to get my bike tuned up and riding good. I spent $85 bucks and got back the same thing I brought them. I feel so violated.

Frenchie is absolutely amazing. We have tried to help our son learn how to ride a bike for years and he just couldn’t do it. After 2 lessons he is now riding a bike! He is such an incredible teacher. My son adores him!! I am also impressed with the store and the selection of bikes and accessories to choose from. We will be doing all of our bike purchases at Frenchies and will recommend him to everyone we know.

I've owned my bike for more than 17 years. I have not done much maintenance on it and only ride it occasionally now. My daughter rode it the other day and got a flat tire. So I decided to take the bike to Frenchies. He repaired the flat and suggested other items that needed to be done. All of it was done within a few hours at a VERY reasonable fee! I was shocked. They even cleaned up my bike at no extra charge. I would recommend this bike shop to everyone, ESPECIALLY people that ride a lot! And they were very friendly. I'm now going to start riding my bike more often. Thanks Frenchies!

Says they rent bikes, but turns out they only rent used ones IF they have any. They had one mountain bike in bad shape. No info about where to bike in the area or where to go for rentals.

I have purchased a lot of large ticket items over the years that required much study, thought, comparison, testing and patience. I would not consider a bicycle purchase to be included in that category of items. Like most people my age a bicycle was part of my childhood so ego would dictate I should know what I'm looking for and how to purchase one. Not having ridden for many a year imagine my consternation at viewing the enumerable choices available upon walking through the store door. Frenchie's was not my first stop, but it was my last. Not a minute into the store Frenchie was at my side tactfully making inquiry into my needs. "Answer a few questions", he said, "and I'll lead you to what you want." After narrowing my need down to three different brands of the same type frame what I wanted turned out to be a Trek Pure. Once my decision was made Jay, Frenchie's self professed "right hand man" quickly set up my new Trek while Frenchie led me through the accessories still needed to ride the streets. All tolled, it took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, but it went quickly as both Frenchie and Jay made the purchase enjoyable. No minor feat when parting me with my hard earned money. I highly recommend at least stopping in, take the time to answer some questions, and keep an open mind -- attitude too. Thanks Frenchie and Jay.

It's been a really, really (can I add a 3rd REALLY) long time since I have walked into a business and been greeted and welcomed as warmly and sincerely as we were when we brought our son's bike in to Frenchies to get fixed.

I felt like an old family friend and it was my first time ever there!

Not only was the interaction exceptional; the timeliness, detail, pricing and pickup experience were exceptional, as well. Done ahead of time, under budget and with a smile. Can't be beat:)

I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this bike shop to anyone in need of a new bike or service/repairs on an old fav.

Thanks, Frenchies. It was MY pleasure doing business with you!

How great it is to find an old fashion bike shop still around. They had a boat load of bikes to sell and always were fun to talk to. I had a repair done by them. They really know what they are doing. They did it fast and inexpensively. They had some very interesting pets in the store. I was smiling all the time I was there. It was a pleasure to go there.

BIKE REPAIRS

YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK PRICES BEFORE YOU GO HERE. IT COST ABOUT $40 JUST FOR REPLACING A REAR TIRE ON A RUN OF THE MILL $100 BIKE WITH BEACH CRUISER TYPE TIRES. $40 JUST FOR THE REAR. OF COURSE HE SAID I NEEDED TWO. "GUESS WHAT$" THE 10 YEAR OLD TIRE IS STILL ON THE FRONT AND THE NEW ONE HE REPLACED NEEDS RE-REPLACING. I'M NOT GOING BACK NEEDLESS TO SAY.

Liar and a Thief

This guy is not even Frenchie, he bought the shop from the origional owner. I went to the shop and put $100 down on a bike for my son and told him I was going to the bank to get the rest of the cash. I walked outside and my wife called and she said she already bought A bike so I went back in 5 minutes later and he told me he would not give me my money back and I have to buy the bike because someone wanted the bike and he did not sell it to them because it was on hold. I was in front of the store the whole time and no one went in or out of the shop. When I told him he was lying I was just outside he said he does not give refunds only a store credit. Now I have a $100 credit to a store I don't ever want to go in again. DON'T LET THIS LIAR RIP YOU OFF TOO, GO TO A BIKE SHOP THAT TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS RIGHT.....
