At Care Wellness Center, we offer a wide variety of modalities including Chiropractic Care, gentle Acupuncture treatment, Physical Therapy / Rehabilitation, Nutritional Counseling and many forms of Energetic medicine that can address your condition and alleviate your symptoms. We take an integrative approach to medicine, utilizing the best of holistic medicine care and traditional medicine care. We are located on the SE corner of Sample Road and St Rd 7 (441) in the Peppertree Plaza, Margate FL. Our Wellness Center is open daily, Monday through Saturday, to serve the residents of Margate, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach, and the greater Broward County area. We are also in network with many insurances.
