Rescheduled from 12/05/17 9:30am to 12/06/17 9:45am to 12/06/17 9:30am by the Center because the doctor was busy. Arrived 12/06/17 9:05am and commenced to fill out the mountain of required paperwork. As I finished it at approximately 9:30am we were called back... and told that the doctor was running late and did we want to wait or reschedule? I asked how long a wait and was literally given a shoulder shrug! I opted to reschedule and was told if I could come back at 1:00pm they could see me then. Great! Rescheduled for 1:00pm same day (12/06/17) and arrived at 12:40pm and signed in... again. At 1:30pm I approached the desk and told them I was leaving. I was told "but there's only one more patient in front of you!" Now only the gods know how long that was going to be. I had already wasted an hour and a half of my life that I won't be getting back. I told them if they wanted to reschedule at a time when they might actually be able to see me I would give them one more try. After several more minutes of waiting I was told they didn't have anything for the next 2 weeks. I believe what the put me through should count as the "Stress Test" I was supposed to be given. I will be seeking help elsewhere and suggest you do too.
