Not very customer oriented. We have had great service from the techs - but I would caution if you step away from the phone and miss the one and only call from the dispatcher that tells you they are on the way they will reschedule the tech right away and knock you off the list for the day without any sympathy, understanding or value for your personal time.

I have been using Brehl's for many years now. A friend recommended them to me and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Ed is always on time and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable on so many appliances. Rose is so sweet and fun to talk to on the phone. Their prices are very reasonable. They are my first call when one of my appliances is acting up.

I have used Brehl's repairs for many years. This is a family business. Mrs. Brehl answers the phones and Mr. Brehl repairs the appliances. The parts and repair costs are always reasonable. Mr. Brehl is always on time if not a little early and they always call before coming to ensure that the customer is at home. The repairs are done quickly and efficiently. I will always use this repair shop.

You can visit the store for parts you need or ask for help with diagnosis. This is one stop shop - if you can't do it, a friendly and knowledgable repairman can. They are a Mom and Pop shop and one that is unique and completely efficient.

This little shop is as good as it gets. The service is great. The people are friendly and informative, and will offer advice about installation as well. They even have a sweet family dog that greets you at the door. If these people don't have or can't get you the part you need, you might as well put the appliance out in the trash.

Very great experience with this company. The "workers" there know their business and are very helpful and kind.
