      Awesome Gym! The staff are very friendly, and helpful. When I joined I got a free fitness assesment, personal training session, and 2 free Indoor Cycling classes. The people make you feel like part of a family, and if you are self concious they have a private workout room with cardio equipment and resistance machines. They also have the only saline swimming pool in the county and sauna as well. This is a great place to workout!
