Unprofessional, horrible experience. The owner Roy stopped answering my calls and texts. Sold me a fridge that stopped working in 2 days. Took almost a week to get a replacement. The replacement came dirty and had roaches...disgusting. It stopped working 3 days later. Took another 4 days for them to finally come out and check it and order new parts. The delivery guys dented and busted part of my stairs. Roy said he'd send it his contractor...never did. We lost money in food and they don't cover food loss. Bad experience, bad business. I don't recommend anyone but anything from this store...EVER.

The owner Roy won't answer me. He sold me a broken washer and has given me two broken replacements. They won't answer my calls or honor my 6 month warranty. Very sad that I had such a terrible experience.
