Macaro Iron Works is a manufacturer of hand-crafted powder coated aluminum railings for residential and commercial projects in the Tri- State area. We are able to oversee every step of the process and we will never compromise the quality of our railings. At Macaro Iron Works, we believe that you are not only getting a railing, but also a piece of art. If you dream it, we can fabricate it. The Process: From the start of your project, you will work with a design consultant in our design center in Manville, NJ or one of our three mobile design centers;The fabrication then begins; our skilled craftsmen lay out your railings. They measure, cut, and form all of the components needed to create your railings. Your railings are transferred to the welding department, where all of the components are welded together to create your railings. Next, your railings are moved to our powder coating department, where a durable powder coat is applied and cured. ;Finally, the day you have been waiting for is here. Our highly trained installation team arrives to install your railings. As they begin to set up for your installation, various steps are taken to ensure the highest level of safety for themselves, you and your property. Your railings are installed using a mix of state of the art equipment and old world craftsmanship. Once the work is complete, our installers clean the work area and make a final inspection to certify the installation was done correctly.
