It is too bad that there is not a no stars option. I had been a client of Manvel Animal Clinic for 6 years; also referring many new patients to them over this time period. Last week I called to see if they would mail me a Trifexis tablet for my dog as they had done many times in the past. They said that they would and charged my Visa $20 for the tablet. As of today, I still have not received the tablet. When I called this morning, they said to wait for today's mail and if I still had not gotten it to call them and they would send another. When I called them, they had reversed this decision; basically implying that I was lying about not receiving the tablet. They refused to mail another, or to credit my card. I had to drive out there; approx. 80 miles round trip to get my card credited. They are a rude, unprofessional clinic that does not really care about animals.

We have taken our dogs and cats to the Manvel Animal Clinic for over twenty years. This clinic is easy to find and get to. Dr. Gina has taken care of our pets every since she came with Manvel Animal Clinic. We are well please with her. Dr. Gina treats our pets like she loves them almost as much as we do. Thanks
