Located in Manteca, Calif., New Haven Elementary School is an educational institution that employs a staff of more than 45 teachers and paraprofessionals. Established in 1959, it offers classes in several subjects, such as reading, math, language arts and life sciences. The school also sponsors awards for good attendance and achievements, offers computer literacy programs, as well as organizes science fairs and camps. In addition, it features the Character Counts program that provides character education and improves the interaction skills of children with adults. New Haven Elementary School is a part of the Manteca Unified School District, which owns and operates several elementary- and high-level educational campuses.
