Poteet Martial Arts is owned and operated by Chris and Annette Poteet. Taekwon-Do classes are offered to children ages 5-7 years old and for all children and adults ages 8 and up. Taekwon-Do is the Korean martial art of unarmed combat designed by General Cho Hong HI in 1955 for the purpose of self-defense. Classes are demanding, fun and yield may benefits including: self-defense skills, increased self-confidence, improved health, energy and weight loss, stress relief, focus and concentration and more. Additionally fitness Kickboxing classes, sparring classes and private lessons are available.
