The express mail service is abysmal and unreliable at best. A package was sent using usps express next day delivery. The fiasco began well after the Saturday noon deadline (1:45pm) the sender, receiver, and the sending USPS office tracked the package in route between Houston and Dallas. Fast Forward to 3:48pm while tracking the package I learned the package was delivered at 10:30 am---NOT!!! This is a LIE, I would like a full refund. No signature was needed it could have been left at the door. The receiver was waiting patiently as the regular mail arrived but not the $17.50 guaranteed express package. The "receiver" was told the express package was probably on a different truck after contacting the usps. No package, no refund, no truth, nothing. I hope some good will come from this postal debacle.

I go to this Eagle Postal center all the time, shipping things all over the U.S. I never go to the post office anymore. This place has less lines, and nicer personnel.
