Bad experience. Did not follow through with what they said they would do. Would never recommend. Would not even give 1 star but I had to rate it.

My daughter bought her prom dress here this year and loved the store. Prices were higher than what we found at the mall but they do a dress registry which was a must if we were going to shop in Mansfield. Their selection was high quality vs what we saw at other stores. Dresses were designer gowns that we saw in magazines if that makes sense so they were more unique and suited our taste. Their staff is sweet even though they are always busy with people everywhere each time we have been in. They took the time to fit her prom dress for alterations without an appointment. Recommended this store to friends and will shop here again when my daughter gets engaged someday. Love working with locally owned stores that give great personalized service. The owner has called me by my first name ever since I bought her dress wich is so cool!
