They did an excellent job of designing and installing the pool. Everything was done on time and correctly. The owners were here daily to check on the work being done. BUT as soon as the work was done and warranty work was needed to be done you cannot reach them. The only way to reach them is by one cell number and leaving a message. My husband and myself have left many messages with no return calls and now are having to get the work done out of pocket. Do we like our pool? Yes. Would we use Austin Creek Pool again? NO!!!

Austin Creek Pools remodeled our swimming pool and we couldn't be more delighted. They were responsive, kept us in the loop about what was going on and we got a beautiful job. They came highly recommended to us from several friends that had Austin Creek Pools build their new new swimming pool and all our friends were extremely happy with their experience so we felt comfortable in using them. We got new tile, plaster, deck resurfacing and a beautiful new waterfall. We could not be happier with the experience and the end result.

Had no problem getting a hold of him when he was selling me or getting money, but now that there are problems, he is now hard to reach.
