      The Heck Law Offices, Ltd., is located in Mansfield, OH, and represents clients throughout North Central Ohio. With 30 years of experience, we provide excellent, personalized, professional local representation to clients in all kinds of personal injury and wrongful death cases. The firm represents clients who have suffered injury or illness or who have lost loved ones because of the negligence of others. Clients come to us for assistance with matters many types of personal injury cases. We have experience with: • Medical malpractice, including surgical errors, anesthesia mistakes, emergency room errors and other types of medical negligence • Birth injuries, including cerebral palsy and shoulder dystocia • Failure to diagnose and late diagnosis that delays treatment or subjects the patient to the wrong treatment • Dog and animal bites, including attacks by pets, farm animals and exotics • Accidents and injuries, including motor vehicle crashes, defective products, aviation claims, workplace injuries and toxic exposure • Wrongful death from car accidents, workplace accidents and all other deaths caused by negligence • Catastrophic injuries, such as burn injuries, closed head injuries and spinal cord injuries We also handle a variety of commercial litigation, employment matters and professional malpractice involving accountants, engineers and architects.
