Schneider's is the best in town for donuts! They are an established part of Mansfield and our family. Thier creme sticks are out of this world. They also have a wonderful variety of streudels, coffee cakes and date bars. If you are looking for a family owned and operated bakery that cares this is the one for you. Only advice is get there early (5:30am) or call ahead and have them reserve your favorites for you!

I love Schneider's Bakery because they have the BEST brownies I have ever eaten. They are moist, have nuts in them, and the chocolate frosting has perfect flavor. All of their baked goods are yummy, but those brownies are my main reason for going there. Since a few family members don't care for nuts in brownies, that means more brownies for me!
