I've purchased tires at Hamad Tire several times over the years. One main reasons are the tire brands, price and Jim the Service Manager. Jim is always polite and professional.

Hoping this information will help others: Hamad Tire on Park Avenue West will not warranty my tires even though they were suppose to have been a Cooper 65,000 mile tire and only have 34,000 on them. I was given some silly explanation about how my tires need to have5/38 more wear on them to give me 1/18th credit WHAT??????!!!!! They are not legally bald yet!In addition to that I had a leak in my left front tire took it to them to have it repaired while they "checked out" my tires and researched it. Paid $16.00 for tire repair only to have to low air pressure again the next morning...The gentleman who answered the phone "yeah so...bring it back in" ( no oh we're sorry )! Then after my THIRD visit there in one week I was informed I had a bad right lower ball joint that has to much play! Thankfully I decided to have that checked out by someone else only to find out my ball joint is perfectly fine! Also if you purchase tires keep receipts showing tire rotations every 4 to 6,000 miles depending on the make and model of your vehicle you must have proof unless they do the rotations.So my hope, my prayer is the power of Social Media will help someone else.

I came in and had lock nuts with no keys on the rims. They said no problem took care of me and did it in a fast, friendly way. These guys are the best. I needed to get new tires on before the snow flies and these guys made it happen on a busy day the day before a storm. Good prices nice guys in the shop. Highly recommend!

Only two weeks before we went in for an alignment, we had our wheel bearings changed by another outfit. They were fine. The car ran smooth other than the tires needing alignment. They came out and said they couldn't do the alignment because they wheel bearings were messed up. When we drove the car again, they were indeed messed up. Bad. They said they had nothing to do with it. Who knows, maybe somehow the moment we parked the car, both wheel bearings broke in the 30 minute window between that and when they saw it lol. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I cannot stand liars, and obviously it's not anything we can outright prove because we don't have them on video. But, it's just bad, bad, bad business. As a disclaimer: I'm not outright accusing them of breaking our wheel bearings, or lying through their teeth. I'm saying circumstantial evidence points HIGHLY to that happening, but obviously we do not have 100% definitive proof. So, come to your own independent conclusion.DO NOT GO HERE, in my opinion.

I have been shopping for tires recently and finally decided to make a purchase. My decision was easy. Hamad tire was had a great selection, great price and the knowledge of the sales person made my experience great. They had my car in and out in no time, and the tires are wonderful. I would highly recommend Hamad tire to anyone who is looking for a great tire for a great price.

I have been purchasing my tires from Hamad Tire for 10+ years now. I trust their professional opinion and alwasy feel I'm getting my money's worth. The service package they offer on tire sales has been a true benefit. Over the past few years I have opted to have my oil changed here rather than some of the other traditional places. Figure why not have them do it and get the tires rotated all at the same time and considering the price it is well worth it.
