  Here is a partial listing of residential construction projects completed by Appleseed Building Company.  To maintain the privacy of the homeowners we do not list their name or the location of the residences.

Landscaping and Fencing

• Asphalt Paving
  This method requires Appleseed Building to provide multiple bids to the client for the different work items involved in the project (for instance asphalt paving, painting, electrical work, etc.) with recommendations as to which subcontractor or material supplier should be awarded their share of the project. Appleseed Building would administer the project while the client would pay the subcontractors as directed by Appleseed. Appleseed would charge a percentage fee of the approved charges.

  Appleseed Building excels in completing projects where in-house design can be achieved through the use of computer generated design or in conjunction with architecturally designed plans. We have experience constructing all types of building systems including wood and metal frame construction with a basement or slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building systems, split faced masonry projects, conventional steel structures with a flat membrane roof, and the list goes on.
