I live in Avon, NC. My GE refrigerator was purchased new for our new house in 2005. It was first used in 01/06. From day one the refrigerator has had multiple problems. The business from which we bought it had not been able in (3) years to make the proper repairs, but never failed to bill for service and parts. Gary from A&A was referred to us, and my refrigerator has been working like new since his service in June 2009. I referred him to friends, and they were thrilled with his service and repairs to their dishwasher. I have found A&A to be honest and very customer service oriented.
