General Info

Dr. Cook wants his patients to know that eye health reflects our systemic health. With an individualized approach, Dr. Cook works to find solutions that ensure each patient sees as clearly and comfortably as possible after a close inspection of the eyes. He is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association, American Optometric Association and the American Board of Optometry. He enjoys reading, gardening, hunting, and fishing with his kids in his free time.
