Cheap paint in the whole house. The paint in the bathroom has runs down the walls from the steam. I-beams not set correctly the whole main floor shakes. Cheap baseboards used, within 8 months after to purchase the baseboards near the walk in shower rotted. Cleaning prior to move-in was minimal, the whole floor in the unfinished basement was not touched, the sills and top of cabinets were not touched. Horrible 1 year service warranty - always blames everything else instead of fixing simple problems. Continued issues with this builder, would not buy a house from his company again. Much less, gave him build my custom home.
