Provided by YP.comI've been going here since diagnoses in April 2017. I can't say enough good things about my surgeon Dr. Paul's and the Radiation clinic.....always friendly, caring, knowledgeable and respectful during a very stressful time. The oncology clinic is stressful, my first appt. they didn't know why I was there? Every time I walk in there it's confusing, the front desk hasn't a clue of what they are doing......the Dr. Isn't much better.....on one occasion we were left in the exam room for 15 minutes.....I had to find the nurse to ask her if we were done.....and she had to ask the Doctor....this is his nurse and she had no clue. I leave his office very time feeling unsettle...I have to be seen every three months ....I have an appt today and dread going into that gloomy sad place. I feel like I have no options. My husband won't go there, he goes to a clinic in Omaha that is wonderful, they know our names, it's bright, smells nice, everyone is friendly and pleasing......they give us hope and his doctor makes sure we understand the treatments and options. He told us to live our best lives and let him worry about the cancer.....

Provided by YP.comSo far, not impressed. And since time is critical when beginning treatment, the folks at the desk seem to be clueless. First appointment, wrong doctor, no info given when appointment was made to have everything done (dentist) before appointment. Doctor seemed as confused as we were at appointment. Why were we seeing him? Why hasn't dental work been completed and submitted. Should be seeing rad doc first, not him. This is a human life we are talking about, and honestly, it didn't feel like that was a priority. Maybe the doctors are good there, but the office staff needs to be held accountable. I'm not the only one that has had this experience.

Provided by YP.comI was referred to Cancer Center of Kansas and was very disappointed in my patient care and the lack of communication from the office. I dont know if its poor office management, too many patients to handle adequately or both. I wont go back.
