Yoga Loft offers 40 classes a week for beginner & advanced students. We are one of the only studios in LA with an unobstructed view of the ocean ; We ride the waves of vinyasa and the Pacific! It is a special place where you can practice on the beach without getting sand in your toes It's like being on retreat every day! We offer lighthearted but challenging vinyasa flow with the Southbay's most inspiring teachers & Jill Miller's signature Yoga Tune Up classes ( featured in Marie Claire, Self & Yoga Journal magazines ).
