General Info

Maximum Boot Camp™ is an outdoor, results oriented, high intensity fitness program. The program runs for 4 weeks, with classes held Monday through Friday (most clients opt for and we recommend 3x a week, while some go with the 2x a week program), and is based on a training method that we call M.X.I.™, which stands for Maximum Xtreme Intensity™. M.X.I.™ is a combination of Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Drills, and Plyometrics. In addition to all of that, each of our workouts ends with an intense 10 minutes of Core Training! Our 60 Minute workouts are non-stop from the start, and designed to enable our clients to build lean muscle and burn fat at a rapid rate.
