Casner Construction excavated for an addition to a house for me and followed the LA City Grading Dept. approved plans to the letter. In addition, they set forms and poured concrete footers and foundation walls in a high quality, professional manner. They did everything they said they would in a timely manner and at a reasonable price and even volunteered to do some extra site cleanup without extra charge.

I rented an apt from this company. Shortly after, the used dishwasher broke, and they wouldn't replace it. His girlfriend has relatives in the apt that are alcoholics and do drugs all day. And they have a 5 yr old girl and a 3 month old. One of the other tenants is a registered sex offender. He moved him in to a building where all the other tenants had children. When I called to ask about it, he told me he wasn't the police. I would have thought Redondo Beach to be a nicer place. This guy and his lunatic girlfriend singled me out when my immediate neighbors were 8 guys from Michigan...in a 2 bdrm, an alcoholic gambler, and the afore mentioned drug addicts. I was a single man living in a 2 bdrm paying 1500 a month. Now having moved out, he is trying to rip off my deposit. Consider my experience prior to renting from this company.
