I have been shopping at your store for over 7 years, I know you shut the left store front door in the evening, tonight I went to your store and went in the left side glass door, was almost in the store and the lady with long black hair said, wait, so I stopped with my face 3 inches from the glass door, then she shut the door almost in my face and lock it and said, you half to use the other side. Thought she could have waited 3 more seconds to let me in let alone the elder lady directly behind me:{ Walk in the other door and she looked at me and said, sorry sweetie with a smirk on her face. I am 57 years old and I am not your sweetie. Went shopping went to check out, in middle of check out same lady came to my cashier and stop the transactions making me wait while asking cashier to give her any checks that she had taken in. Really-just did not sit with me well-she ought to go re-train on customer relations rather than acting a fool. You have lost my business and I usually spend around $287.00 a week. Your day employees are really nice and know how to act, however since I have a new job and shopping is always later in the evening for me I will not be coming back, because I do not even want to see her again, maybe she can be rude to someone else that just might put her in line.
I did not say anything to her because she was not worth the effort, leaving the store I knew I would not be back. I have other choices at other stores and intend to use them. Please don't send me a heart felt apology email I'm done.

Bakery is outstanding. Some of their fancy cakes rival any I've had at expensive pastry shops.

My family and I love grocery shopping Rouses Supermarket very much. We love their products esp. in the meat section everyone is very friendly and helpful. One thing I was disappointed the last time I was shopping July 17th 2013 around 9:40 am I got an accident I slipped and fall really hard. I got injured and hurt. They took all the information and made report of the accident went to emergency Lakeview Hospital to get check up. Since then I been trying to reach someone to talk about the accident. But it seems so difficult to reach Keith Dupre either his voicemail is full, attending personal events, or driving his car can't pick up his cell to talk to. No one really ask me how I'm doing after the accident no phone calls at all. I feel lack of care to their own costumer. My doctor's secretary just told me few mins. ago she feel the same way.I'm very unhappy the way they run their business. To me, they need to change for the future accident and hire someone to do a better job.
