Horrible...we have spent well over a thousand dollars here just this year...last year all our plants died from there, but to be honest we don't have the greenest thumb, but this year we bought a lot from smiths nursery and not one has died. A month or more ago, we bought a tree for the front of our house, over priced as always, but we wanted it then, they didn't have the matching one we needed (these were going by front door) so they said they would order and it would be the same and it would be in, in 4 days. Went up there and oh they were sorry not in yet, come back Friday. Went again, asked it's right here. Not same tree. So of course, we tried to call and no one returned phone calls, so had to keep going back up there. Never had it. Finally spoke with owner, seemed disappointed someone would promise us a tree like it because apparently it's not possible to get same match coming from another batch...sold us two more trees almost 400.00 and told us to bring up the other tree and she would give money back (of course not as much as we payed) got home found out these trees didn't work, told us that we could bring these two back up, but wouldn't take the other one back. Decided we wouldn't go back to shop again, but we could get rid of these trees at least. This is of course after having wasps come out of it in the car and stink bugs, which is really great when you're driving. Go back there to drop them off to be reimbursed and she will take one back, but not the other, because she says it looks like ones been planted.....it never came out of the container!!!!!!so stuck with 2 trees that don't match and 350.00 out just from this deal. Forget all the others that have died. Also, we live in Ponchatoula, so the 8 or more trips to go get this tree that never existed was nothing but a waste and she knew where we were driving from....go to Smith's Nursery in Ponchatoula...wonderful people!
