If I could rate Wayne's with no stars, I would! I took a window with a broken pane in to Wayne's on July 20th. I was told that they had to replace the sealed low-E panel to repair it. They charged me $142 (immediately), and told me that it would take 3-5 business days to obtain the panel, and repair the window. It has now been 3 weeks and I still do not have the window. They outright lied to my wife on 8/7, saying that the panel was in and that it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon 8/8. It was not. I wish that I had never attempted to do business with Wayne's. They are totally unreliable.

Excellent service and highly recommended. They were on time and worked in a professional manner. We were very pleased and will use them again!

I dropped off a window to get the glass replaced on a Monday and was told I would have it by Friday. This was a window for my house so I needed it asap as it had been raining and for safety issues. Friday came and went and I did not hear from them. I called them on Monday since they are " only by appointment " on Saturday and was told the glass broke when it came in and they had to order it again but would have it by Friday. Please understand they did not break it but it was broke on the truck but I thought a simple phone call to me would be appropriate. Friday comes and goes again and surprise nobody gives me a call. I called and leave a message on Sat asking for a call on Monday and surprise I do not get a call for the second time. Finally Tuesday I call and they say they have it and would put it in right away for me. My problem is they should have called me and it should not have take 15 days to replace a window. I do not recomend Waynes Glass their customer service is awful!
