I was in desperate need of fast cash and couldn't go to my family and couldn't wait for a loan approval through my bank so I decided to go to Title Cash. My experience was by far the best. I've heard that these loan companies were horrible with customer service and all they want is money. I was told by others that the manager was rude and there was different people working in the office. The day I went in I was greeted nicely by the manager and she was very helpful and kind. She throughly explained the high interest loan and even gave me a coupon. I asked how long she worked in the office and she explained that she had recently taken over the office but had been with the company for a few years. I was by far impressed with her professionally and friendliness. I have done 2 loans so far with this manager and she still impresses me. I will continue to do business with the office and refer as many people who are in need because they have an awesome referral program!

Yea awful except for their willingness to give me a very decent loan the amount I have paid off towards my principle makes the interest very close to 50 percent they haven't harassed me but THIER not to friendly wene your late despite how much extra they get per day wen u are late I'd have to give them a three tho because going in thier was a lot more comfortable than I would have imagined ,,,I wish I could do like 2.5 I do believe THIER is some funny business with what they claim I owe sill ,,,but I suppose I could ask for a statement to show justification for the amount that went from 30 percent to like I said very close to 50 if not 50 percent by the end for sure it will be double I had Kim SHES okay she didn't really talk more about her personal life than say a hair dresser would ,,,,but I'm a girl I don't know if that's what the other person was saying that she prefers the men ??

If you go there make sure you don't deal with the "Manager" Kim! She is very unprofessional. She talks about her personal life. She likes mixing business with pleasure if you are a man!! She will start sneaking around with them! So lady's don't let your man go there! So please watch out for this one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
