General Info
Originally founded in 1994 as the Stark Mill Brewery, we've undergone a few facelifts and ended up as Stark Brewing Company. We handcraft our beer on premise using our 15-barrel Diversified Metal Engineering (DME) brewing system and an all-natural brewing process with no pasteurization or chemical preservatives. We use the choicest ingredients in our beers: imported malted barley, hops from Europe and the Pacific Northwest, pure Lake Massabesic water, and yeasts from around the world. We are proud to offer our own original, handcrafted beers on tap at all times, including year-round varieties as well as seasonal and specialty brews. Known almost worldwide for our Milly's Oatmeal Stout, served on nitro here at the brewpub. In fall, our Grumpy Pumpkin was one of the first true pumpkin ales in the region and uses over 400 pounds of real NH sugar pumpkins.Originally founded in 1994 as the Stark Mill Brewery, we've undergone a few facelifts and ended up as Stark Brewing Company.
