I've been back four times and haven't been disappointed yet. Their prices are amazing! Most places you pay through the nose for mediocre service! At Rumors they deliver!

I received highlights at this salon for the advertised $50 to new clients, this salon was a one time deal for me! Actually it wasn't a deal since I was unhappy with the results and had to dye over my highlights myself. The highlights were well done, but the color was wayyyyy off! I asked for a natural highlight that would be lighter for summer... I have dark brown hair and the woman gave me BLEACH BLONDE highlights. I was so upset that I looked like a skunk! After dying over the color on my own I got a better result, but it is unacceptable to leave a salon anything but happy and feeling beautiful! BEWARE! Make intentions more clear than I did if you choose to go to this salon!
