I have lived at two of their other properties in other towns besides Manchester (Chester and Epping) for over two years. I have never had any issues with bugs. Occasional leaking in a basement apartment and a few other maintenance issues. Any time there has been any issues they have been addressed in a matter of a few days from when I notify them. They aren't up your butt like some landlords which is appreciated. The rental office isn't available on weekends but if there is an emergency you can most likely reach one of them. Bottom line is that they are decent guys trying to run a business, as long as you PAY YOUR RENT they will take care of you.

i had lived there for a while and there were nothing but problems. he is un-reachable on weekends. The place is crawling with bedbugs and roaches, oh and if you tell the building manager... He will tell you that he will take care of it in a few days. please if you are reading this... DO NOT MOVE THERE. the living conditions there are completely unhealthy. and if you somehow got tricked into living there and are now reading this...LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. its will be better for you and your loved ones health.

I've lived at pearl and pine holdings on ths corner of pearl and pine st in manchesteor nh for a few months now. So far I've been propositioned by street ladies right at my front door, I've seen people shooting up drugs in their cars parked out front of the building right after buying them from the building, we constantly have to listen to neighbors music at all hours of the night, and on top of it all the whole place is infested with bedbugs!! We've told the building manager about it numerous times and so far he's done nothing to try to solve the problem. Do not move to pearl and pine st!!!
