Great repairs. Good repair time and wonderful people to work with. I have had many tools repaired here. These people can fix just about anything. Highly recommend Manchester Tool Repair!

We were treated very good, very knowledgeable. I tried to repair a holehawg myself spent 6+ hours trying to fix, they fixed in 1 hour and parts wish we had brought in to them. From now on we will. Also gave us advice on buying a rotary hammer they were right, bought a Bosch instead of another brand and what a tool.

As of May 2011, their web site is gone, no one answers the phone, no one returns messages. Prior experience has also been that they NEVER call you to tell you your tool is ready for pickup. It's up to YOU to keep calling and calling. And then you get "Oh, I meant to call you last week". I'd go somewhere else, but no one around here does better repair work than this company.

We have dealt with Manchester Tool Repair for 4 years they have always treated our company well - we recieve good, quality service, if a repair is delayed they call us. Technical knowledge is very good, pricing is good for what we recieve. Once we had a problem with a repair, Rich addressed the problem promptly.

Rich did NOT fix my masonary saw, When I left it for 2 weeks, they changed a few screws, and said they greased it, but when I got home, I made one cut in a brick, and the saw siezed up.I am taking Rich to small claims court, DON'T let this happen to you. Very poor service, to say the least!!!
