I checked Angies List and found them to be a really dependable company. Then I went to BBB and found an A+ rating...lots of satisfied customer testimonials as well at TromblyPlumbing.com...So I called them and found them to be everything I had hoped for! Good service, did what they said and I was extremely pleased with their service. I don't know about the reviews below, but my customer service and experience was great! I would (and have) called them again...Keep up the good work.

I had a two year contract with them in which they were paid to perform routine maintenance quarterly. Some of the maintenance was not done, which resulted in repairs at a cost of over $1,000 to my facility. This facility is less than three years old and I am told by the new plumber that if the work HAD been done, I wouldn't have had a problem. I find no record of the work being done, although they were paid. Trombly unwilling to resolve this matter. Instead, they resent bill with an additional finance charge. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

They installed a new furnace and were wonderful to work with, answered all my questions and were very helpful, and came back to tweak the system for free a few times when it was really just the old house's fault, not theirs. Couldn't have been happier with their work and staff!!

Did a job where they charged me because they forgot to pull the permits in Concord. Very nasty and I overpaid them. Their bookkeeping was messed up and they put a small sum on my credit report after I paid them over 4500 to install a new furnace. They billed me extra for thermostats and I paid the bill, as I stated, but they refused to remove the credit report charge of 35 bucks. VERY EXPENSIVE.

these people almost destroyed my house.they came to fix my gas furnace.did the work ,i came home to smell a lot of gas.they came the next day to look at it couldn't find anything wrong,and charged me for it.i ended up calling the gas co. to look at it,they used a sniffer and pointed out the problem to me. i refuse to let the tromblys into my home ever,beware.
