I went to this salon for highlights and left extremely unhappy with the results. I was with THE OWNER when having my hair done, I asked for a subtle lighter than my natural hair color highlight.. they came out RED! I have dark dark brown hair... then she had the audacity to tell me it looked beautiful blah blah blah. I told her I did not like them but she made every excuse possible not to fix them. She even made me pay full price! I went straight to CVS after to buy a box of permanent hair dye to cover the horrible coloring. WHAT A WASTE OF $115!!!! I do not recommend this place for anyone that has high standards like me, this is definitely for the average jane family type that does not have much experience with beauty or have high expectations. CVS offers a better job... in a box!
