Kevin went above and beyond helping us remove our 5th wheel camper. He is the nicest tow man I have ever met and also patient with our lack of knowledge of our trailer. And after all that the price was half if what other local towing companies would have charged.
I have never experienced such great service customer service and expediency this great auto body shop & repair shop. Within 2 hours they called me after I e-mailed them the previous evening by 8 am within two hours of a phone call they were at my house towing my car to get it fixed. They called me within a few hours to inform me it told me when it would be ready and it was ready exactly when they promised me. They were excellent, great customer service and overall rating from 1 to 10 there were an 11!!!!! I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs any type of autobody repair and all the other services they offer��������������������

I have had work done at Eastern Auto body before. Not only do they do great work for the money, but they are courteous and professional. Nobody has addressed me correctly in the business world, but the men at this shop have. When someone shows professional courtesy and the work is done right, they are worth mentioning and deserve the accolades. Especially, in this day of rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

Nice Guy named Jeff picked me up and got us home safely. Truck was very clean didn't feel like other times i've been in a tow truck.
