We always try to go here if we decide to go out for dinner somewhere special when I come up to visit my sister. I've been here 3 or 4 times now and each time, the food is consistently out-of-this-world and the staff is courteous and pleasant. I love the atmosphere, as well. Always a great experience!

Awesome restaurant! Been there many times. Great atmosphere, casual but yet very sophisticated. Most importantly the food was fabulous! And their martini's are the best! I started with caesar salad...excellent as usual. I got a dish from the specials for the evening...sirloin steak w. garlic butter, scalloped potatoes and asparagus. The butter melted into the juice from the steak which made a wonderful sauce! And the scalloped potatoes...what a change from the usual boring underbaked, baked potatoes! My husband had his usual strip steak and the mashed potatoes he says are the best he's ever had!
excellent cuisine, food is unique to the rest of Manchester's restaurants which are boring and always overcrowded. Great selection of wines and martinis. The atmosphere is casually nice, not sloppy yet not overdressed. Great place to enjoy a nice dinner and not feel rushed. Staff is always friendly and its easy to call ahead and reserve a table. Try it!
My husband and I have eaten at Cotton many times over the past several years. We had been noticing a steady decline in the quality of food, but tonite was the worst yet. We each had a salad..his was lettuce wedge which he rated as fair and mine was the ceaser salad that offered a very small portion of wilted lettuce and little bit of cheese and actually a very good dressing. We each ordered the delmonico steak that was so fatty it was almost impossible to eat. We did our best and probably each had 5-6 pieces of meat that were actually worth swallowing. The drinks were extremely overpriced and really just ok. All in all I have to say it was a total waste of time and money. Our bill came to $ 98 and change. I had a gift certificate which was given to me because Cotton has always been a restaurant my co workers knew I liked. I don't have the heart to tell them that it was a total waste of my time and their money.
