This company is refusing to let me hire them because after my wallet was stolen at MGH the driver offered not to charge me. I did not have cash but could pay with a credit card or check or have gotten the cash to them later but instead, they told me I had "ripped them off." Additionally, they seemed to resent it that I needed to have a wheelchair put in the back of the cab. They are not good people. Other people who don't drive need to get to medical appts. should be aware of this.

Kennebec Taxi was hired to transport me. They get paid for the trip plus mileage and wait time. My scheduled pickup time was @8am but they came @545. When I asked why the driver claimed I wouldn’t want to go on that trip because the other passengers would be no shows. Regardless of his opinion, the company gets paid to transport me @8. Not 2+ hours early. And in order for them to get paid by Maincare they must be fudging the paperwork. This company is directly involved in Mainecare fraud.

I just called this one and found out that they close at 5:00 p.m. not good if you need a taxi after that

I haven't had to take a taxi in eons- I was very satisfied with the service from Kennebec taxi. I needed a ride at 5:30 am to go to work, they showed up on time, and it was snowing/icy out- very impressed. Super nice driver too. 5 stars! I will use their services again if I need to! Thank-you!

i love this company i called and the dispacth told me 5-10 mins and they were there in 4 mins great service car was clean the driver was neat and pleasant
