I didn't expect to have good sushi in Manchester and so glad to find Sushi Boat. The sushi is amazing and Ralph and his wife are great as well. A great place for someone looking to try some different types of sushi, as Ralph is very creative, or for someone who is new to sushi..just ask and they will help you figure out what to try! I also like that is is byob and one of few places in VT where I will eat raw fish!
