So many strenths, where do I start?? Compass is the third child care center my family has used in the past 9 years, and BY FAR the best. 1. Skilled and caring staff. We continue to be impressed with the high quality of the staff hired by Compass to teach and care for our children. 2. The broad range of projects and experiences my children have been exposed to. 3. Communication. We have been very pleased with the communication, both from the classroom staff and the administration. The go-home journal is something we look forward to each week! We also appreciate the daily snapshot, which gives us great insight into all of the activities which take place each day. We also greatly appreciate the lengths the administrative team goes to in communicating via e-mail, phone and in-person to make sure we have what we need to know.These are only highlights of what I view as your strengths . . . I only wish we had found them sooner!

Pulling my children out due to the lack of trust I have with leaving my children in this type of care. I know children get hurt but I want to feel the teachers and administration are there to keep my children safe and this is not how I feel about The Compass School. I feel that I have been lied to and there is something very twisted that goes on there.

Highly recommend! Teachers think outside of the box and encourage children to think for themselves. They cordinates activities and events for even the youngest child. The principal of the school revolves around respect. As a parent I receive a weekly journal, daily voicemail high lights, blogs and pictures. The staff does everything to keep the parents updated. I wish this school was around when my daughter started daycare. I'm extremely happy with the Compass school!

This school is terrible and the people in the front are very scary...always over ratio and the teachers get chased out by the administrators if they don't help cover up thier lies.

I hope that those parents that are enrolled can rate it to help guide us other parents looking for alternate childcare options. Something has to be said knowing that almost 10 families have left the company that's providing me with childcare to go over to The Compass School. I've been told that it's beautiful in there and that one of the REQUIREMENTS to be employed there is to have a degree. That's not something I can't say about my current childcare facility. I verified that when I looked on their website, they require at least an Associates. That speaks volumes and filters out some of the nonsense and irresponsibility. Thank you.
