A patient should never be told we don't have your medication my husband has had 3 back surgeries 5 knee surgeries including a total knee replacement and has been prescribed pain medication for some time and twice on 2 separate times we was told did not have his medication said they reached there limit its on back order knowing every month he gets the same kind same amount and we always call ahead of time for them to know also we was charged out rages prices over charging and denying insurance because they wont pay there price I have contacted MALLINCKRODT and told them what was going on
