I'm being generous giving them one star because when I see someone taking advantage of an elderly person as they did, it makes me real mad. My father had broken his glasses and taken them to Crest wood Optical to be repaired for $150.00. Once my dad got his glasses back he kept saying that he had been having trouble seeing out of them. My father has severe arthritis and doesn't go out much. Several weeks later when a family member took them back and a C.O. employee told him that one lens hadn't even close to what is should be. After picking them back up we were charged another $25 because we hadn't brought them back within a week and they had to order a new lens. We were charged for something that had been their fault to begin with. When I called to address this problem I got a major attitude and ended up telling them that we will just deal with another optical suppler in the future. It's not right how elderly people are always being taken advantage of.

Crestwood Optical provides TOP RATE service. They are personable and professional..very kind and patient. I would absolutely recommend their service! They went above and beyond to provide same day service for us! The people there are the BEST! Their products are the BEST! If you need glasses or contacts and can get to Crestwood...by all means, give them a shot! If you do, I believe you'll stick with them!
